Aura by Khushbu supports consumer flexibility through an effective return, exchange, and refund policy guided by the Indian Consumer Court.
Return Window
Your return window is open for 07 days after the day you receive the product. After this period, any irregularities or damages become the customer's responsibility.
Eligible Items
What we accept
- Unwashed clothing in original condition.
- All factory tags still attached.
- Unharmed products in original condition.
What we cannot accept
- Physically damaged or torn items.
- Pierced earrings (for safety reasons).
- Customized or discounted products.
- Final sale items and Gift Cards.
Return Process
- Initiate: Call or email our customer service before shipping. Obtain an authorization number.
- Package: Use original packaging. Fill out and print the return form carefully.
- Ship: Ensure items are well-labeled. We cover costs only for defective or incorrect items sent by us.
Exchange Policy
- Size: One-time free size exchange within 07 days, subject to stock. Further exchanges incur charges.
- Items: Money exchanges are prohibited. You may choose another product in the same range or pay the difference.
Refund Process
Once the product satisfies our criteria, refunds are processed:
- Cards (Credit/Debit): 5–10 business days.
- UPI / Digital Wallets: 3–5 business days.
- COD: Transferred via bank after verification.
Note: Genuine processing time is 5 to 7 working days. Shipping costs are deducted unless the error was on our side.
International Orders
Processing for international returns takes 10 to 15 business days. Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and shipping charges unless the company is at fault. Insurance is highly recommended for expensive shipments.
Bulk & Special Orders
Bulk orders (10+ items) require special justification and alignment with our customer relations team. Wedding or festive orders may follow distinct policy segments due to their custom nature.
